You can request permanent deletion of your Dubora account and associated mobile access data from this page.

Email a deletion request

How to request deletion

  1. Email Sharklish2000@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Dubora account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my Dubora account.
  3. Include your registered email address. You may also include the name of the connected device to help us verify the request.

What happens next

After we verify that you own the account, we will process the deletion request within 30 days. We may contact you using the registered email address if we need more information to verify the request.

Data deleted

Your account profile, login and mobile-pairing information, registered device identifiers and tokens, and active account access will be deleted or disabled.

Limited retention

We may retain only the minimum records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, or other legal responsibilities, and only for the period required by those obligations.
